Talent Acquisition Associate – Remote

About the role

BairesDev® is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to be the first point of contact with candidates worldwide. In this remote position you will help shape the candidate experience, conduct initial screenings, and support the recruitment workflow for a diverse, high‑performing tech team.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidate information to assess general fit.
• Contact candidates via phone, video, LinkedIn or email to validate interest and encourage participation.
• Schedule interviews, send invitations and keep recruitment records up to date.
• Support interview processes by evaluating profiles, experience, interests and commitment.

Required profile

• Good communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Advanced level of English.
