About the role

As a Staffing Solution Architect you will bridge client needs and talent supply, defining the technical profiles required for staffing augmentation and ensuring the right engineers are matched to each project. This remote position offers the chance to work with a global roster of top‑tier tech talent and high‑profile clients.

Key responsibilities

• Drive technology assessment and validation processes, providing technical guidance to clients.
• Conduct final screening and interviews to select the best engineers for each role.
• Participate in client meetings to understand required engineering profiles.
• Work across multiple tech stacks, including web, mobile, QA, DevOps, and data domains.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends and emerging technologies.
• Train candidates on various technologies as needed.
• Collaborate with sales to accelerate resource delivery while maintaining feasibility.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the IT industry.
• Proven background in software development across several programming languages and domains.
• Strong technical presentation and communication abilities.
• Advanced English proficiency.
