Staffing Frontiers Consultant – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Staffing Frontiers Consultant to strategically analyze and manage its pool of vetted IT candidates. Working remotely, you will act as a bridge between client services, sales, and the talent acquisition team to ensure timely and revenue‑driven staffing of IT opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Successfully fill open positions, select appropriate candidates, and meet defined deadlines.
• Review, filter, and maintain the candidate pipeline according to specific parameters and guidelines.
• Keep job openings up to date by regularly cleaning and updating listings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, client services, and sales teams throughout the vetting and placement process.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Proven client‑facing experience within the IT industry.
• Analytical, adaptable, and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Strong business and process orientation.
• Advanced level of English with articulate and eloquent communication skills.
