Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual Customer Service Specialist who can assist our customers in both Spanish and English via voice, chat, and email. You will be the first point of contact, helping users navigate our e‑commerce platform and resolve issues quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, live‑chat sessions, and email inquiries in Spanish and English.
• Troubleshoot technical and order‑related problems, providing prompt resolutions.
• Personalize interactions to understand customer needs and build lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the overall customer experience.
• Provide feedback on processes and suggest improvements to service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
