Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual professional to join our TalentPop team as a Customer Service Specialist. You will provide voice and chat support in both Spanish and English, helping a diverse customer base resolve issues quickly and positively.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers via inbound calls, chat, and email, delivering exceptional service.
• Troubleshoot problems efficiently and provide swift resolutions.
• Personalize interactions to understand needs and build strong relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Offer feedback to refine processes and service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
