Main Missions

• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, instruction compliance, and overall quality.

• Provide clear, structured, and constructive written feedback to guide model optimization.

Profile Required

• Experienced Software Engineer (Junior, Mid, or Senior level).
• Strong analytical mindset with an exceptional eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently in an asynchronous, remote environment.
• Legally authorized to work in one of the eligible Latin American countries.
• No prior AI experience is required; we value your core engineering expertise.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, or Rust.
• Advanced code review and debugging capabilities.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Problem-solving and algorithmic thinking.
