Social Media Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our brand’s presence across key platforms. The role is based on‑site in Caracas and involves close collaboration with local influencers and the marketing team to deliver engaging campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of official brand accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and develop monthly content calendars.
• Optimize platform‑specific SEO and engagement tactics to increase organic reach.
• Identify, onboard, and manage local KOLs in tech and lifestyle niches, executing campaigns and tracking performance.
• Design holiday‑themed and seasonal campaigns, and coordinate online‑to‑offline activations such as pop‑up events and fan meet‑ups.
• Monitor competitor social strategies, produce social listening reports, and provide actionable market intelligence.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management, preferably in tech or consumer electronics.
• Established network with Venezuelan KOLs, MCNs, or agencies.
• Fluent in Spanish with professional proficiency in English.
• Must provide personal laptop or computer for work purposes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Meta Insights.
