ServiceNow Product Manager (Remote)

About the role

As a ServiceNow Product Manager at BairesDev, you will own the product lifecycle for the ServiceNow platform, turning stakeholder requests into scalable, well‑architected solutions that enhance IT and HR service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ServiceNow product initiatives, translating stakeholder requests into platform solutions.
• Own backlog management, sprint planning, story refinement, and roadmap execution.
• Coordinate QA and UAT to ensure high‑quality delivery of enhancements.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and maintain communication with executive stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with ServiceNow, including ITSM and HRSD modules.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience delivering products in an Agile environment (backlog, sprints, QA/UAT).
• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Virtual Agent, CMDB, Discovery, Configuration Management.
• ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, and leadership metrics.
• Integration Hub (Azure AD, Jira, enterprise integrations).
