Server – Guest Service Specialist

About the role

The Server role delivers exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests at Invited’s private clubs. You will create warm welcomes, memorable moments, and courteous farewells while supporting the overall dining operation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous food and beverage service following the Invited F&B training program.
• Maintain complete knowledge of the à la carte menu, daily features, and specials.
• Greet members by name, ensuring a personalized and welcoming experience.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless service and attention to detail.
• Handle member or guest complaints using service recovery techniques.
• Complete daily side work, keep work areas organized, clean, and well‑stocked.
• Follow club standards for cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by management.
