Senior Zoom Virtual Agent Engineer - Remote Work

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Zoom Virtual Agent Engineer to design, configure and deploy intelligent chatbot and contact‑center solutions that enhance customer experiences. The role involves acting as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business requirements into seamless conversational AI and cloud contact‑center workflows, all on a fully remote basis.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration and deployment of Zoom Virtual Agent and chatbot workflows.
• Architect and execute cloud contact‑center migrations and platform integrations.
• Develop and implement secure REST/JSON API integrations for contact‑center connectivity.
• Partner directly with clients to gather requirements and provide technical consulting throughout the deployment lifecycle.
• Optimize system performance and conversational flows based on user feedback and analytics.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Zoom Contact Center implementation or general CCaaS engineering.
• Proven expertise in deploying and configuring Zoom Virtual Agent and chatbot technologies.
• Strong hands‑on experience with REST/JSON API integrations.
• Demonstrated client‑facing technical consulting and requirements‑gathering skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
