Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) – Remote

About the role

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at BairesDev, you will ensure that critical systems remain reliable, observable, and resilient at scale. You will work across multi‑cluster Kubernetes environments and modern observability stacks, shaping reliability standards that directly impact user experience and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and scale Kubernetes clusters across multiple environments.
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure‑as‑Code (IaC) using Terraform and Helm.
• Implement and sustain observability solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, OpenTelemetry) for proactive issue detection.
• Define, track, and improve reliability metrics (SLOs/SLIs) and manage error budgets.
• Lead post‑incident reviews and drive continuous improvement.
• Apply cloud security best practices and IAM hardening.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes, including operators, autoscaling, and multi‑cluster management.
• Proven experience with CI/CD pipeline engineering and IaC tools.
• Hands‑on experience with observability stacks and reliability engineering practices.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
