Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to ensure our critical systems remain reliable, observable, and resilient at scale. You will work remotely with a global team of top‑tier engineers, shaping uptime and performance for high‑impact services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and scale Kubernetes clusters across multiple environments, including operators, autoscaling and multi‑cluster management.
• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure‑as‑Code using Terraform and Helm.
• Implement and sustain observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, OpenTelemetry) for proactive issue detection.
• Define, track and improve reliability standards, SLOs/SLIs, error budgets and lead post‑incident reviews.
• Apply cloud security best practices and IAM hardening to protect infrastructure.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related infrastructure roles.
• Deep expertise with Kubernetes, including operators and multi‑cluster setups.
• Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines and using Terraform/Helm.
• Hands‑on experience with modern observability tools and defining reliability metrics.
• Strong background in cloud security tooling and IAM.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
