Senior Sales Recruiter

About the role

Let Property is seeking a Senior Sales Recruiter to lead the end‑to‑end hiring process for its sales and investment consultant teams. This full‑time remote position will partner closely with hiring managers to attract high‑performing talent and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for sales and advisory roles, from role scoping to offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and build strong talent pipelines through proactive outreach.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates for sales capability, cultural fit and long‑term potential.
• Coordinate interview schedules, maintain accurate recruitment data and manage the applicant tracking system.
• Partner with leadership to refine hiring strategies, support workforce planning and enhance employer branding.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle sales recruitment, preferably in fast‑growing, tech‑enabled or property/financial services environments.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence hiring managers and provide clear feedback.
• Self‑starter who can work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple requisitions.
• Commitment to fair, inclusive and non‑discriminatory hiring practices.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Talent Acquisition, HR or a related field.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in sourcing tools and data‑driven recruitment reporting.
