Senior Sales Advisor – Energy Solutions (Venezuela)

About the role

Join Baker Hughes as a Senior Sales Advisor and help drive the adoption of cutting‑edge energy technology in Venezuela. You will work closely with local and regional teams, building trusted relationships with customers and generating new business opportunities across the market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop sales opportunities for products, services, parts, solutions, and projects within the Venezuelan market.
• Conduct technical analysis and adapt proposals to client conditions, handling complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional internal teams to create tailored solutions and respond to market intelligence.
• Manage key business unit clients and coordinate sales activities across the organization.
• Lead medium to large‑scale sales cycles, overseeing technical, economic, logistical, and financial aspects of proposals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record in people leadership.
• Willingness to reside in or relocate to Venezuela.
• 5‑10 years of experience with turbomachinery core products and associated auxiliaries.
• Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
