Senior Python Developer (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Python Developer to design and deliver sophisticated software solutions for its global clientele. The role is fully remote and offers the chance to lead technical initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and work with cutting‑edge cloud and data technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Create automation tools for configuring, monitoring, and orchestrating data infrastructure and pipelines.
• Develop data integration services to accelerate new‑customer onboarding.
• Maintain reliability, performance, and scalability of data platforms.
• Lead the design and implementation of complex Python applications.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
• Architect scalable solutions using modern design patterns and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on Python and Django development experience.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with microservices architecture and cloud environments.
• Advanced algorithmic understanding and solid grasp of SOLID principles, clean code, and design patterns.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies.
• Fluent English (advanced level).
