Senior Python Developer (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Python Developer to design and deliver sophisticated software solutions for global clients. You will lead technical initiatives, mentor junior team members, and drive innovation in cloud, data processing, and web development environments.

Key responsibilities

• Create automation tools for configuring, monitoring, and orchestrating data infrastructure and pipelines.
• Develop data integration services to accelerate customer onboarding.
• Maintain reliability, performance, and scalability of data infrastructure.
• Lead the design and implementation of complex Python applications.
• Guide junior developers through code reviews and technical mentoring.
• Architect scalable solutions using modern design patterns and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Python and Django.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience building microservices and deploying to cloud environments.
• Strong algorithmic knowledge and familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Deep understanding of SOLID principles, CLEAN code, and scalable architecture.
• Experience creating applications from scratch and implementing automated tests, CI/CD pipelines, and version control.
• Advanced English communication skills.
