Senior Platform Architect - Remote Work

About the role

BairesDev® is seeking a Senior Platform Architect to lead the design and evolution of enterprise‑scale cloud and platform infrastructure. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere while shaping secure, scalable solutions that power global engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and continuous evolution of cloud and platform infrastructure at enterprise scale.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering technical excellence and cross‑team alignment.
• Define and champion Infrastructure‑as‑Code (IaC) practices to automate environment provisioning.
• Establish scalable container orchestration strategies, ensuring high availability and optimal resource usage.
• Drive CI/CD automation to streamline software delivery pipelines.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture, platform engineering, or a closely related field.
• Proven track record of technical leadership and large‑scale architecture design.
• Strong background in IaC, CI/CD automation, and modern deployment practices.
• Extensive experience with Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
• Excellent English communication skills.
