About the role
Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Customer Development function in Caracas. The role focuses on executing the indirect trade strategy, driving category growth and ensuring optimal replenishment across trade channels.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the team responsible for executing the Indirect Trade Strategy on the ground.
- Surpass targets for Net Sales, Sell‑Out, Gross‑to‑Net, Margin, Distribution and Market Share.
- Develop the team to unlock their potential and foster high performance.
- Design and lead execution of strategies and plans to drive category growth.
- Lead demand planning for the channel to assure correct replenishment in trade.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 5 years of commercial experience with strong P&L management.
- Experience in indirect trade (preferred) and team leadership (preferred).
- Advanced English proficiency.
Required skills
- Data analysis and AI (Artificial Intelligence) skills.
- Agile ways of working.
- Omni Commercial Planning (OCP) mindset.
- Strong P&L management capabilities.
