Senior Information Management Associate – CCCM

About the role

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking a Senior Information Management Associate to support its Collective Centre and Camp Management (CCCM) programme in Venezuela. The role focuses on ensuring high‑quality data collection, analysis and reporting for temporary shelters and related infrastructure, working closely with programme units, government partners and humanitarian actors.

Key responsibilities

• Support the collection, consolidation, validation and management of information on collective sites, site assessments, displacement trends and CCCM activities.
• Review, clean and validate datasets received from field teams and partners to ensure data quality, consistency and completeness.
• Maintain master site lists, operational databases and information repositories related to CCCM.
• Produce and update information products such as dashboards, factsheets, maps, situation reports, briefing notes and presentations.
• Compile and analyse data on site populations, conditions, priority needs, service availability, population movements and response gaps.
• Assist in preparing regular operational reports and ad‑hoc analyses for IOM and its partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data quality assurance, analytical reporting and information management within humanitarian or migration contexts.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs and UN partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Spanish is an advantage.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple data sources simultaneously.
