Senior Identity Platform Engineer

About the role

As a Senior Identity Platform Engineer you will own and evolve the core identity platform that powers authentication and authorization for multiple downstream systems. You will work remotely with a global team of top‑tier engineers, designing secure integrations and modernizing legacy authorization models.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the identity platform, including Ruby on Rails services and API middleware.
• Design and implement secure integrations using modern identity standards and protocols.
• Lead migration projects from legacy authorization models to contemporary identity architectures.
• Ensure the platform remains secure, scalable, and highly reliable for all consuming applications.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in identity and access management engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails development.
• Deep knowledge of Auth0, PostgreSQL, SAML, OIDC, enterprise SSO, and SCIM.
• Proven track record of migrating legacy authorization systems to modern identity solutions.
• Advanced English communication skills.
