Senior Deal Desk Specialist

About the role

Join a fast‑growing global SaaS company as a Senior Deal Desk Specialist, where you will own complex, high‑value deals from start to finish. The role balances execution and strategy, giving you deep CPQ and commercial expertise while influencing how the sales organization closes transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end execution of complex, non‑standard deals, including multi‑product configurations, pricing exceptions and cross‑functional coordination with Finance and Legal.
• Lead discount governance, conduct deal reviews and support sales enablement initiatives.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for Deal Desk Associates on quoting, approval and structure questions.
• Maintain high‑volume Deal Desk queues while ensuring accuracy during peak periods (EOM, QTR, YE).

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations or Revenue Operations within an enterprise SaaS/B2B environment.
• Deep expertise in CPQ quoting, complex product configurations and pricing logic.
• Strong Salesforce proficiency as a power user, handling cases, accounts, opportunities and order records at scale.
• Solid understanding of Quote‑to‑Cash processes, revenue recognition and order management.
• Commercial mindset with a track record of balancing sales velocity and deal integrity.
• Fluent English communication; remote‑work experience is a plus.
