Senior Amazon Account Manager – eCommerce Specialist

About the role

Our client, a specialist in eCommerce solutions, is looking for a Senior Amazon Account Manager to own and grow Amazon Seller Central accounts. You will be the strategic point of contact, driving performance, visibility and sales across the marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of day‑to‑day management and overall performance of assigned Amazon accounts.
• Monitor key metrics such as sales, profitability, conversion rate, traffic, organic ranking, TACoS and account health.
• Optimize product listings, titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, variations and A+ Content.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve visibility, conversion rates and organic growth.
• Oversee Amazon PPC campaigns, work with specialists or manage them directly.
• Analyze Business Reports, Brand Analytics and advertising data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage inventory levels, FBA performance and restocking to avoid stockouts.
• Coordinate product launches, promotions and marketplace initiatives with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years managing Amazon Seller Central accounts with proven marketplace growth.
• Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, PPC, FBA operations and account health policies.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and English communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple accounts, priorities and deadlines independently.
