SDR - Sales Development Representative with exponential bonus

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Sales Development Representative who will focus on sourcing and qualifying recruitment candidates. The position is phone‑first, paid per hour plus a performance‑based bonus that grows with each qualified candidate you deliver.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential candidates daily and maintain consistent follow‑up.
• Conduct structured screening calls in both Spanish and English.
• Verify that candidates meet required criteria and assist them with documentation.
• Keep candidate information up‑to‑date in the applicant tracking system.
• Hand over qualified candidates with a concise summary and earn a bonus for each successful submission.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish and English, using both languages daily.
• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, sales or any role with heavy phone usage.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to work independently.
• Available to work during European afternoon hours, minimum two hours per day.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an applicant tracking system (ATS).

What we offer

• Base pay of $5 per hour.
