Screening Operations Specialist

About the role

As a Screening Operations Specialist you will be a core member of Toptal’s Talent Screening team, responsible for ensuring that screening projects move smoothly from request to execution. Working remotely, you will coordinate with sourcing, product, analytics and other cross‑functional partners to keep screening operations on track.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate sourcing requests from intake through launch, ensuring completeness and adherence to the 24‑hour preparation standard.
• Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, track dependencies, resolve blockers and guarantee timely delivery.
• Maintain operational trackers, documentation, decision logs and process guidance.
• Monitor screening readiness, capacity, funnel performance and operational metrics, identifying risks and recommending improvements.
• Escalate operational risks with clear context and proposed actions.
• Support talent movement across services and onboarding of acquired companies by managing screening handoffs.
• Update screening paths across operations, content, systems and screeners.
• Perform data quality checks, investigate discrepancies and ensure reliable reporting.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for screening‑related requests and contribute to process improvements and new initiatives.
