Sales Specialist – On-site in Maracaibo

About the role

The Sales Specialist will work full‑time on‑site in Maracaibo, representing InteractiveWorkers, LLC. You will identify and engage potential clients, showcase our solutions and drive the sales process from prospecting to closing. The role focuses on building lasting relationships and delivering results that meet or exceed targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outreach and market research.
• Manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals, and follow up on leads.
• Present InteractiveWorkers, LLC solutions in a clear, compelling manner.
• Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Track performance metrics, maintain accurate CRM records, and report on sales activity.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions and continuous skill development.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences.
• Proven customer‑service orientation, empathy and problem‑solving skills.
• Demonstrated success in prospecting, negotiating and closing sales.
• Experience training or coaching peers or clients is a plus.
• Background in sales management or team coordination is advantageous.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Maracaibo in a fast‑paced environment.
