Sales Operations Analyst – Remote

About the role

The Sales Operations Analyst will ensure leads and requests flow smoothly through the sales pipeline, supporting the commercial team’s efficiency and acting as the operational backbone of the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Review incoming leads, qualify them, and assign to the appropriate Client Engagement representative.
• Introduce Client Engagement reps to leads when needed and ensure adherence to lead upload and assignment processes.
• Support the Client Engagement team with tasks such as records enrichment, bulk uploads, and data cleansing.
• Monitor automated reports, identify system issues, and resolve underlying problems.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, Business Operations, or customer support.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM data management.
