Routing & Logistics Specialist (Dispatcher)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Routing & Logistics Specialist who will manage and optimise daily transportation and dispatch operations. The position starts with a part‑time training period and transitions to a full‑time role based on performance, offering a dynamic schedule that includes evenings, nights and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor shipments, routes, and delivery schedules in real time.
• Assign loads and communicate with drivers to ensure efficient operations.
• Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or disruptions.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, issues, and operational updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, planning and customer support.
• Optimise routes and resource allocation to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and logistics best practices.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends or nights.
• Previous experience in logistics, dispatch or transportation is a plus but not required.

What we offer

• Training period (part‑time) with $800 per month compensation.
• Full‑time position after training with a salary of $1,700‑$1,800 per month.
