Resident Support Specialist – Remote (Venezuela)

About the role

Open Management is seeking a Resident Support Specialist to join its international remote team. You will be the first point of contact for residents of manufactured housing communities across the United States, helping them with rent, lease, maintenance, and account inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish.
• Assist with rent payment questions, lease term clarifications, and maintenance request coordination.
• Collaborate with Community Managers, Regional Property Managers, and internal support teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and update relevant property management systems.
• Provide consistent, high‑quality customer service that reflects the company’s values.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable using multiple computer systems and learning new software.
• Demonstrates initiative and aligns with a culture of ownership and collaboration.
