About the role

The Influencers are seeking a full‑time remote Zumba Instructor to deliver high‑energy, engaging virtual Zumba sessions to a broad online audience. You will create dynamic routines, guide participants of varying fitness levels, and foster an inclusive, motivating community.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and lead live virtual Zumba classes.
• Design varied choreography tailored to beginner, intermediate, and advanced participants.
• Demonstrate proper form and safe movement techniques during sessions.
• Interact with participants via video platforms, offering encouragement and feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce promotional content.
• Continuously update class routines to reflect current fitness trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Zumba instruction and group fitness leadership.
• Certification in Zumba or recognized group‑fitness program.
• Strong teaching and customer‑service abilities.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and comfort with remote work.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Previous experience delivering online fitness classes is preferred.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development in fitness and wellness.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video‑conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
• Experience using live‑streaming platforms for interactive classes.
