About the role

BairesDev® is looking for a Tech Recruiter to join its fully remote, globally distributed team. You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and placing technology talent across a variety of client projects, ensuring a smooth recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technology positions, from posting to offer.
• Review, filter, and assess candidate profiles against defined parameters.
• Craft candidate summaries and edit resumes to highlight relevant experience.
• Coordinate communication with hiring managers, internal teams, and external candidates.
• Meet hiring deadlines and maintain a high fill rate.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical recruiting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, adaptable environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
