Remote Reels Editor (Short-form Video)

About the role

We are looking for a talented Reels Editor to join our fully remote team. You will transform raw creator footage and interview material into engaging short‑form reels and podcast clips that capture attention and drive audience interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Edit short‑form reels and podcast snippets from raw content, highlighting scroll‑stopping moments.
• Analyze trends within creator niches and propose fresh reel concepts aligned with each creator’s brand.
• Ensure all edits meet platform guidelines for framing, audio quality, and age‑appropriate content.
• Collaborate with the creative team, incorporate feedback, and iterate to achieve viral performance.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience editing Instagram/TikTok reels with a portfolio of published, high‑engagement videos.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English to interpret creator briefs and communicate effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to spot viral moments and deliver polished edits quickly.
• Creative ownership and a strong aesthetic vision.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency with CapCut.
• Experience with DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred).
• Professional workflow on macOS.
