Remote Operations Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Remote Operations Assistant to support our manufacturing and warehouse workflows. You will work closely with the operations team to ensure shipments, inventory, and documentation flow smoothly. This fully remote position offers a consistent Monday‑to‑Friday schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse and manufacturing operations
• Track shipments, deliveries, and receiving updates
• Manage inventory counts, adjustments, and reconciliations
• Create and update purchase orders, transfer sheets, and internal trackers
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and carriers
• Follow up on delays, discrepancies, and missing items
• Maintain organized and up‑to‑date reports
• Assist wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly

Required profile

• Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, or operations
• Strong understanding of shipments, receiving, inventory, and documentation
• Excellent written and spoken English (non‑negotiable)
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work 8 am–5 pm EST, Monday to Friday
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn processes
