Remote Appointment Setter for Luxury Furniture Brand

About the role

We are looking for a remote Appointment Setter to support a global luxury furniture brand as it expands into Europe through exclusive dealer partnerships. You will work directly with the Director of Sales, helping to build and nurture a network of dealers across the continent while mastering world‑class B2B outbound strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and outreach to potential furniture dealers across Europe.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain and update prospect information in CRM tools.
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales to align outreach efforts.
• Track outreach performance and continuously improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English (C1/C2 level).
• Proven experience in sales, appointment setting, or related outbound roles.
• Familiarity with the furniture or interior‑design market.
• Reliable internet connection and a functional home‑office setup.
• Confident, organized, proactive and motivated by commission‑based earnings.

Required skills

• Experience with Apollo.
• Experience with HubSpot.
• Proficiency in using CRM platforms.
