About the role

This is a 100% remote, full‑time accountant position. You will work Monday to Friday and may need to cover occasional weekends if tasks fall behind schedule. Collaboration is done through continuous screen‑sharing with the rest of the team.

Key responsibilities

Maintain accurate accounting records and process credits and debits.
Prepare and update financial spreadsheets using Excel.
Enter data and generate reports in accounting software such as Peachtree, Sage or QuickBooks.
Communicate financial information clearly in English, both written and spoken.

Required profile

At least 5 years of professional accounting experience.
Reliable high‑speed internet connection and stable power supply.
Full‑time availability with flexibility for occasional weekend work.
Honest, hard‑working attitude and strong English communication skills.

Required skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with Peachtree, Sage or QuickBooks accounting software.
