Regional Marketing Manager – Americas

About the role

The Regional Marketing Manager – Americas will design and execute integrated, multi‑channel marketing programmes for ECP’s conferences and exhibitions across North, Central and South America. Working closely with the Marketing Director and cross‑functional teams, you will drive delegate attendance, sponsorship, exhibition sales and overall brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch multi‑channel marketing strategies aligned with delegate, sponsorship and brand objectives.
• Plan, execute and optimise digital campaigns across email, social, paid media, SEO and website channels.
• Manage event websites and CMS content to deliver an engaging user experience.
• Maintain CRM data quality, oversee marketing automation, customer journeys and A/B testing.
• Conduct market research, audience segmentation and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Build and nurture relationships with industry associations, media partners, sponsors and other stakeholders.
• Manage external agencies and suppliers, negotiate contracts and ensure projects meet budget and timeline constraints.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse ROI and report on key KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven B2B marketing experience, preferably in events or conference environments.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution capability.
• Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness.
• Ability to collaborate with teams across the Americas, Europe and other international markets.
