About the role

Most short‑form editors are stuck in volume‑driven mills, churning out dozens of generic clips a day with little creative input. At Belle Muse we prioritize quality over mindless output and welcome editors who bring original ideas and a passion for viral content.

Key responsibilities

• Edit short‑form reels and podcast clips from raw creator content and interviews, selecting scroll‑stopping moments that resonate with target audiences.
• Analyze trends in creator niches and propose fresh reel concepts tailored to each model’s brand and personality.
• Ensure platform compliance, including proper framing, audio levels, and age‑appropriate content.
• Collaborate with the creative team to refine edits based on feedback and achieve viral impact.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience editing short‑form content for Instagram or TikTok, with a portfolio of published reels showing strong engagement.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English to interpret creator content, understand briefs, and communicate effectively.
• Expert‑level proficiency in CapCut; experience with DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro is highly valued.
• Must work on macOS, demonstrating commitment to a professional‑grade workflow.
• Ability to spot viral moments quickly and produce polished edits under tight deadlines.
