Recruiting Analyst (Remote)

About the role

Join BairesDev’s Recruiting team as a Recruiting Analyst, working remotely to support staffing strategies for a global client base. You will collaborate across departments to identify talent, improve processes, and contribute to the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the staffing strategy for all open positions.
• Gather and verify profile information for each assignment.
• Partner with the recruiting department to source and assess candidates.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and internal leads.
• Work with Operations and Client Services to uncover farming opportunities within accounts.
• Recommend enhancements to staffing and recruiting workflows.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability with extreme attention to detail.
• Effective prioritization and multitasking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Systems, HR, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in staffing or project management.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Desirable: at least 1 year of recruitment experience.
