Recruiting Analyst – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Recruiting Analyst to support our talent acquisition initiatives across a variety of technology projects. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from any location while collaborating with BairesDev’s global team of top‑tier professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Support the staffing strategy for company openings.
• Gather information related to profile requirements and job assignments.
• Work with the recruiting team to identify potential candidates.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and hiring managers.
• Collaborate with Operations and Client Services to identify growth opportunities.
• Suggest improvements to staffing and recruiting processes.

Required profile

• Analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
• Experience in staffing, recruiting, or project management.
• Good level of English.
• Desirable: experience in IT recruitment.
