Recruiting Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Recruiting Analyst to support its global staffing strategy. This remote position involves collaborating with recruiting, operations, and client services teams to identify and present qualified candidates for a variety of openings.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the staffing strategy for all company openings.
• Gather and verify detailed information about job profiles and assignments.
• Partner with the recruiting department to source and assess candidates.
• Present candidate profiles to internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Work with Operations and Client Services to uncover additional talent opportunities within existing accounts.
• Recommend and implement improvements to staffing and recruiting processes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability with extreme attention to detail.
• Effective prioritization and multitasking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Systems, HR, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in staffing or project management.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
