Recruiter – Remote (Venezuela)

About the role

Venture49 is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join its fully remote team in Venezuela. You will work directly with the leadership team, handling end‑to‑end recruitment for US clients and building a solid career in talent acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage top talent across Latin America for US‑based roles.
• Conduct screening interviews, assess English proficiency, skills, and cultural fit.
• Maintain candidate pipelines in the company CRM and ensure timely progression.
• Document interview notes and transcripts with a high level of professionalism.
• Collaborate with leadership to learn and execute the full recruitment cycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of agency recruitment experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Based in Venezuela and available to work 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM EST, Monday‑Friday.
• Ability to receive USD payments via Zelle, Wise, or similar platforms.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile.
