Real Estate Transaction Coordinator (LATAM) – Part‑time Remote

About the role

VirtuPartner is seeking a part‑time Remote Real Estate Transaction Coordinator focused on LATAM markets. You will support real‑estate deals from contract to close, ensuring all documentation and communications are accurate and timely.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and organize transaction documents for each deal.
• Track key dates, deadlines, and milestones throughout the contract‑to‑close process.
• Coordinate communications between agents, clients, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders.
• Assist with lease and property‑management documentation and tenant communications.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and transaction‑management systems.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and real‑estate regulations.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide regular status updates.
• Offer administrative support to keep the real‑estate team’s workflow efficient.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven administrative assistance experience with document and calendar management.
• Knowledge of leases and basic real‑estate transaction processes.
• Customer‑service orientation with professionalism and relationship‑management focus.
• Familiarity with property‑management documentation and record‑keeping.
• Experience working remotely with reliable internet and ability to manage across time zones.
• Fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
• Prior experience in real‑estate, property management, or transaction coordination is highly beneficial.
