Quality Assurance Analyst (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Quality Assurance Analyst to work remotely as a Virtual Assistant. In this position you will ensure that our processes and services comply with company policies and regulatory requirements while supporting the team with data‑driven quality checks.

Key responsibilities

• Document and maintain process workflows and standard operating procedures.
• Analyze data to identify quality gaps and generate QA reports.
• Monitor compliance with quality management systems and ISO standards.
• Use QA tools and statistical methods to assess performance.
• Resolve issues identified during audits and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams via Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Hubstaff, WhatsApp and Zoom.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, fully remote environment.
• Professional attitude with attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills

• Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Hubstaff (web and desktop applications).
• Zoom for meetings and breakout rooms.
• Experience with QA tools, statistical analysis and reporting software.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and ISO standards.
