Purchase Order Coordinator – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

Chapman Management Group is seeking a detail‑oriented Purchase Order Coordinator to support vendor invoice processing and purchase‑order management for its property portfolio across Latin America. This remote, entry‑level position is ideal for candidates with strong data‑entry abilities and an interest in accounts payable or property finance.

Key responsibilities

• Create, track and manage purchase orders for vendor invoices across multiple properties.
• Review and code vendor invoices accurately before forwarding for payment.
• Enter and maintain financial records in property‑management and accounting systems.
• Monitor property‑level spending, flagging variances or anomalies for review.
• Communicate purchase‑order status and spending information to vendors, property managers and senior leadership.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and report on expense trends.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Prior experience in accounts payable, data entry or purchasing is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and be available during core US East Coast hours (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST).
