Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager provides overall program leadership and execution, ensuring contract requirements are met while maintaining high performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction. This senior position directs operational delivery, manages program resources, and serves as the primary customer interface for all program activities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a safe workplace and prioritize safety in all activities.
• Comply with Environmental, Safety, and Quality Assurance requirements and provide necessary documentation.
• Manage, monitor, and track services to ensure task order requirements are fulfilled.
• Act as the contractor’s representative, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
• Allocate and manage staff resources according to changing project needs.
• Identify problem areas and respond to mission requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage projects to deliver outputs on schedule, within scope, and to high quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Facilities, Contracts, or related field, or 10 + years direct project‑management experience.
• Minimum 15 years of support services/facilities management experience, including at least 5 years managing large facilities or operations.
• Valid driver’s license from home of record.
• Proficient English language skills.
• Valid passport with at least 12 months of validity and six blank pages.
