About the role
We are seeking our first Product Manager outside the founding team to shape the direction of a fast‑growing partner‑management SaaS platform. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will work remotely with a focus on Brazil‑based candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Define product strategy and prioritize the roadmap in collaboration with leadership.
- Lead discovery and research activities with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
- Translate insights into clear product specifications and requirements.
- Plan and manage sprints, track progress, and ensure high‑quality releases.
- Champion user experience to make the product intuitive and delightful.
- Define success metrics, monitor adoption, and iterate on product performance.

- Operational excellence in breaking down complex problems into actionable steps.
