People Manager - Remote (Venezuela)

About the role

NeoWork is seeking a full‑time, remote People Manager based in Venezuela to lead a distributed operations team. You will be responsible for driving performance, quality, and engagement across a fast‑growing AI‑enabled services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day team performance, conduct regular check‑ins and ensure quality, productivity, and behavioral standards are met.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and workforce planning for a distributed workforce.
• Handle conflict resolution, coach team members, and coordinate onboarding and training with internal enablement teams.
• Track key people metrics, analyze KPIs and recommend process, engagement, and retention improvements.
• Collaborate with client‑facing and operations leaders to align workflows with project requirements and SLAs.

Required profile

• Proven people‑management and leadership experience, including performance management and coaching.
• Experience coordinating remote or offshore teams and handling workforce planning.
• Strong communication skills in Spanish and professional English.
• Comfort working with data and KPIs to drive decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology or related field, or equivalent experience.
