About the role

Join PwC's Human Resources Administration team in Caracas as a Human Resources Intern. You will support internal firm services, help implement administrative systems, and contribute to the firm’s people strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Provide concierge and office support to Internal Firm Services teams.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing administrative processes.
• Give constructive, in‑the‑moment feedback to colleagues.
• Identify improvement opportunities and suggest solutions.
• Handle, manipulate, and analyse data responsibly.
• Follow risk management and compliance procedures.
• Stay up‑to‑date with developments in human capital.
• Communicate clearly in both verbal and written formats.
• Build and maintain internal and external networks.
