Paid Social Analyst – Full‑Funnel Campaign Specialist

About the role

FinchWork is seeking a Paid Social Analyst to own the execution and optimisation of paid social campaigns across a portfolio of client accounts. You will work closely with senior specialists to ensure campaigns are structured correctly, tested consistently, and driven by reliable data.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable full‑funnel paid social structures for prospecting, retargeting, and lifecycle flows.
• Run a disciplined creative and audience iteration loop, translating inputs into testable variants and driving performance improvements.
• Protect tracking integrity by validating pixel/CAPI/event setups, monitoring attribution mismatches, and maintaining campaign hygiene.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on paid social experience, with deep knowledge of Meta Ads (required).
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of full‑funnel campaign structures and performance KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CPM, CTR).
• Proactive communicator with high attention to detail and a habit of flagging risks early.
• Upper‑intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
