Outside Services Supervisor

About the role

The Outside Services Supervisor leads the team that delivers front‑line golf services at our club. Reporting to the Head Golf Professional or Director of Golf, you will ensure members and guests receive seamless support from cart management to bag handling and practice area preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise recruitment, hiring, scheduling and training of the Outside Services team.
• Monitor staff time reporting and ensure compliance with club policies.
• Assist golfers with bag loading, club cleaning, equipment preparation and provide etiquette guidance.
• Oversee post‑round club cleaning, transport and cart fleet readiness.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and functionality of all outside service areas, including cart fleet, storage and practice facilities.
• Collaborate with range attendants, marshals and starters to coordinate smooth service delivery.
• Ensure daily assignments such as practice facility setup, pro‑shop stocking and workspace organization are completed to club standards.
• Address maintenance or equipment issues promptly to keep operations running efficiently.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall club operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising a service‑oriented team in a hospitality or golf environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to interact professionally with members and guests.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by club operations.
• Leadership qualities with a focus on training, mentorship and team development.
