Outbound Lead Setter (Appointment Setter)

About the role

Borluv Developments is seeking a full‑time Outbound Lead Setter to work from its Barquisimeto office. You will be the front line of growth, generating qualified leasing and acquisition leads for the company’s U.S. real‑estate portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Research and compile lists of prospective tenants, brokers, property owners and acquisition targets that match Borluv’s criteria.
• Make a high, consistent volume of outbound calls each day to introduce available spaces and uncover property opportunities.
• Qualify leasing prospects (space needs, timeline, budget) and acquisition leads (property type, location, owner interest).
• Book tours, calls and meetings for the leasing and deal teams and hand them off with full context.
• Conduct timely follow‑ups via calls, emails or texts to nurture warm leads.
• Log all activity, notes and outcomes in the CRM and keep both pipelines accurate.
• Report daily and weekly on dials, conversations, appointments set and opportunities surfaced.

Required profile

• Fluent, professional English with confidence to cold‑call U.S. businesses and brokers.
• Prior experience in appointment setting, SDR/BDR, telemarketing or phone‑based sales.
• Resilient phone presence, comfortable with rejection and high call volume.
• Strong organizational skills and disciplined CRM usage.
